Pure Smoke is a complete 180 from standard tricky-tricks.

once before America needs more Vampire TV. ;) Im just a bit sad to learn that Tony wont be there.Dont get me wrong, I do love the grweod up Tony from the Smoke series, but I have a serect addiction to Tony the Hustler, which has long since vanished by the time we come to the Smoke series, and I feel like we didnt see enough of Tony the Hustler in the Blood books so I was hoping the TV series would give us more of him.What makes this even more depressing for me is that I doubt a Tony TV series will ever be developed anyway. Dont mean to depress anyone, but I just cant see it happening; for one reason really - The Smoke books didnt sell well enough for us to even get a fourth book, therefore I just cant see there being enough interest to get a TV series greenlighted. *sad*I think even if the Smoke books picked up in sales we still wouldnt have much hope of a Tony TV series. And now to find that Henry wouldnt be around for it even if he did... Just depressing. Yes, I happen to like the angst between Tony and Henry in Smoke and Mirrors and especially Smoke and Ashes, and I think without that any Tony series (books, TV, movie, whatever) would simply be missing something that would make it great. Not that it would totally suck without Henry, just that I think without him something would feel missing, despite the smallish part he has in the Smoke series.
